・3 年以上のデジタルプラットフォーム領域での運用業務経験（E コマースに精通しており、関連する開発・運用業務をリードした経験はプラス） Skills & Competencies.
・ロジカルシンキング及びライティングスキル ・コミュニケーションスキル（横連携、社内外のステークホルダーとの密な連携とエンゲージメントの獲得） ・不確実 不明瞭な状況下でのオーナーシップと自発的な行動が出来る姿勢 (Self starter) ・高い学習意欲と他の外部サービス、プラットフォームへの感度 ・データから仮説を設定する力 ・プロジェクトマネジメントスキル (・Google Analytics 、またはその他のツールを使用してプラットフォームの健全性を分析するスキル ・開発案件においてテクニカルな要件定義、及びUAT の設計が出来ること ・システムインシデント発生時に状況収束させるまでの段取りを関係各所と連携し、管理・リードする力 ・データガバナンスに関する基礎知識 ・Excel 、Word 、PowerPointPowerPoint（必須）、Tableau 、SQL (Preferable) ・BA/BS 学位（またはそれ以上） ・英文を読み書き出来る基礎レベルの語学力
