We do this by understanding the different vital needs of people and today's society.What you'll do:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Owner to lead the development and management of our web platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, a deep understanding of web technologies, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. As the Product Owner, you will be responsible for defining and prioritizing the product roadmap, ensuring the delivery of high-quality features, and maximizing the value of our web platform.Key Responsibilities:Product Vision and Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for the web platform that aligns with the company’s overall goals and objectives.Roadmap Development: Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business value, customer needs, and market trends.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, including marketing, sales, customer support, and engineering teams, to gather requirements, define user stories, and ensure alignment with product goals.Backlog Management: Maintain a well-groomed product backlog, ensuring that user stories are clear, concise, and prioritized according to business value.Sprint Planning and Review: Participate in sprint planning meetings, providing clear direction and priorities to the development team. Conduct sprint reviews to assess progress and gather feedback for continuous improvement.User Experience Focus: Advocate for the end-user experience, ensuring that the web platform delivers a seamless, intuitive, and engaging experience for all users.Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to inform product decisions and maintain a competitive edge.Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the web platform and identify areas for improvement.Release Management: Oversee the release process, ensuring that new features and updates are delivered on time and meet quality standards.About you:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
