The role involves assisting with market preparation, processing customer orders, coordinating shipments, and maintaining accurate records.
The ideal candidate will work at the logistics team to help ensure smooth operations and a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities.
Assist with market preparation, including processing samples and updating product data.
Support order processing during sales campaigns, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
Coordinate shipment processing, managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
Maintain regular communication with the warehouse for stock checks and logistical coordination.
Ensure accurate record-keeping for shipping visibility and status tracking as required.
Process merchandise returns in accordance with company and customs procedures.
Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries, providing prompt and effective solutions.
Qualifications and Skills.
At least 1 year of experience in logistics or shipping, preferably within the fashion industry.
Familiarity with ERP systems or JOOR B2B Sales Platforms is a plus.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
Strong computer skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
