WIRING HARNESS TEST ENGINEER ( AUTOMOTIVE )

With our interdisciplinary team of experts, we design and define the mobility of tomorrow. In addition, we also offer engineering services in the vehicle engineering, electrics/electronics and production solutions segments. We are hiring Harness Validation Engineers to work at our Martorell (Barcelona) office (hybrid). They will be to be part of an international team to develop and validate all vehicle system within the scope of the EE (Electronic & Electrical) test to meet the design requirements for our automotive customers. Requirements Degree in electrical/electronic engineering or related field2-3 years of experience in wiring harness testingAbility to work independently, teamwork skills, flexibility and responsibilityAdvanced English skillsAvailability to travelResponsibilities Working with design, project management, in-house test teams and manufacturing departments to validate EE Systems from design concept to manufacture. Evaluation and root cause analysis investigation of market concerns.Responsibility for development of EE systems focusing on Harness validation test will include:Harness Terminal voltageHarness Body Earth CapacityCharging system fusible linkFuse and Relay capacityFusible Link CapacityFunction MisconnectionMain bonding earth safety and security Visit other Group facilities may be required on a case-by-case basis for build support and test, design reviews and suppliers for part inspections and technical meetingsSupplier test plan and quality management to achieve design standardsReporting of concerns and part development/delivery issues
