Offer outstanding customer support in Slovenian and English through phone email and chat channels for travelrelated queries.
Assist customers with booking services such as flights hotels and car rentals while providing relevant information about travel policies and options.
Manage and resolve customer issues related to changes cancellations refunds and other travel disruptions.
Suggest tailored travel solutions and alternatives based on customer preferences and needs.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by responding promptly and professionally to all inquiries.
Stay informed about the latest industry trends and travel policies to provide accurate advice to customers.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and efficient problem resolution.
Requirements.
Native Slovenian speaker with English proficiency (B2).
Prior experience in customer service or the travel industry is preferred.
Excellent communication and problemsolving skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced customercentric environment.
Experience using multiple communication channels (phone email chat) to address customer needs.
A passion for travel and helping customers navigate their travelrelated concerns.
