YOUR MISSIONWe are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Workday Performance & Talent Module Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and maintaining the Workday Performance & Talent module.
A strong understanding of time tracking functionality within Workday is a plus.
This role requires collaboration with HR teams to ensure effective management and compliance with relevant policies.
THE JOURNEY Configure and maintain the Workday Performance & Talent module to meet organizational needs.
Support the configuration and maintenance the module as needed.
Consult various teams on possible solutions and best practices Proactively review and improve current configuration.
Participate in system enhancements and updates to improve the absence management process Review and implement new features and functionalities Troubleshoot errors and incidents WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE 3+ years hands-on experience working in Workday Performance & Talent Understanding of HR policies and Performance & Talent management best practices.
Knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations related to employee hiring Experience with Performance & Talent configuration for more than 3 countries.
Experience in delivering sustainable and scalable solutions in Workday Performance & Talent.
Solid understanding of the HCM module in Workday and its interdependencies with other functional domains and integrations.

Ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Solid analytical mindset.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to critically evaluate provided requirements and proposed solutions based on best practices Ability to empathise with users and consider user experience when building solutions Experience working in Scrum is an advantage Individuals representing diverse profiles, and abilities, encompassing various genders, ethnicities, and backgrounds, are less likely to apply for this role if they do not possess solid experience in 100% of these areas.
