Your contribution.
You accompany our  transformation  journey by supporting us in the introduction of new processes and tools.
Carry out  process analyses  and  optimizations  together with the specialist departments and provide support in the development of tool-based solutions.
Together with your team, you support the  introduction of new processes  and  IT systems  and are responsible for the preparation and creation of training documents.
You support us in  project management  and work together with different teams in an interdisciplinary and cross-departmental way.
What makes you stand out.
Enrolled in a  bachelor's or master's degree  in the field business  administration, business informatics, computer science  or a comparable course of study Some experience in the area of  transformation,  IT-transformation  or  digitization  or the ambition to gain experience in this area Enjoy working in a team and good communication skills Structured personality  and good organizational skills Good user knowledge of Microsoft Office products Fluent German (C1) and (very) good English (B2) skills written and spoken  What we offer.
