Your contribution.
You are going to prepare corporate documents, such as shareholder resolutions You are going to support in the preparation of board meetings You are going to support in organizing shareholder meetings You are going to organize suppliers for shareholder meetings What makes you stand out.
Enrolled in law or similar classes at a German university/college Interested in the in-house legal work with a corporate focus Excellent organizational skills Ability to work independently, in a well-structured manner, and with a high attention to detail and also with the appropriate level of confidentiality Fluent German and English skills written and spoken What we offer.
