At aYachts, turning nautical dreams into reality is our mission.Job DescriptionThe Yacht Charter Broker position focuses on managing the entire yacht charter process: from acquiring clients and yachts, organizing visits if the client requires it, to negotiating contracts and coordinating services before, during and after the charter.It is a dynamic and challenging position that covers all areas related to luxury yacht chartering.You will be the main liaison between aYachts, the yacht owners and the clients, ensuring a flawless and personalized charter experience. This role will include…Manage the entire yacht charter process, from acquiring new clients and acquiring yachts for charter (mainly as CA) to organizing visits, preparing for provisioning and closing operations.Advising clients on the selection of yachts and destinations for charter, offering a personalized service based on our best practices in the yachting sector.Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, owners and other brokers or collaborators, acting as the main liaison between aYachts and all parties involved.Coordinating all aspects of the charter, including onboard services, itinerary and any special requests from clients, ensuring the highest quality standards are met.Participating in the creation of commercial and marketing strategies to maximize exposure of the yachts available for charter.Providing exceptional service before-during-after the charter, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.Attend yacht shows to attract new clients and strengthen aYachts' presence in the market.Prepare regular reports on the status of bookings and market trends.This is a dynamic position that requires negotiation and communication skills and a deep knowledge of the yacht charter market.Who We Are Looking ForWe are looking for someone who is passionate about the world of yachting, with proven experience as a broker in the charter of yachts. The ideal candidate will be a born salesperson, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to create and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients and partners.A motivated and diligent person, with the drive and integrity to provide our clients with the excellent service they are accustomed to. They will have a keen eye for detail and excellent professional communication skills at all levels of the stakeholder chain.Demonstrable prior experience as a yacht charter broker.In-depth knowledge of the yacht market.Ability to manage multiple operations simultaneously, with attention to detail.Exceptional communication skills in English (other languages ​​are an advantage: Spanish, German, French, etc.).Results-oriented and ability to work autonomously, but also collaboratively.Flexibility to travel for recruitments, for client visits and to attend yacht events.Passion for luxury, the sea and customer satisfaction.We are looking for someone who shares our vision and commitment to offering unrivalled experiences in the yachting industry.The Skills We Are Looking ForKnowledge of the yacht market and the charter process, as well as applicable regulations.Attention to detailA client-centric attitude and the ability to deliver outstanding customer serviceThe ability to independently and or collaboratively manage administrative and reporting tasksOutstanding sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively close complex deals.Customer orientation, with exceptional skills in building strong relationships and maintaining fluid and effective communication.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.Competence in the use of technological tools and customer management platforms (CRM).A strong ability with, and a good understanding of computing software. More information available on successful application.Commissions: More information available on successful application.Holiday: 23 working days of vacation + your birthday off.Brand support: photographers, legal department, custom marketing tools, team assistant, etc.Start Dates: Flexible start dates depending on candidate availability.Place of Work: aYachts office in Palma, Mallorca (Spain)Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 9:00h to 18:30h and Friday from 9:00h to 15:00h (except trips and appointments scheduled with clients at a different days and time).Company equipment provided: Laptop, company cell phone, large monitor screens for working in the office, debit card for work-related expenses (travel, per diem, etc.).
