With on-the-job training and dedicated mentorship, we’re here to set you up for success.Your Role in the TeamAs an entry-level Sales Associate, you’ll play a vital role in expanding Devicenow’s customer base, both locally and internationally. This role is designed for beginners, and you’ll receive plenty of guidance and hands-on experience to develop your skills.Your ResponsibilitiesReach sales targets by connecting with new customers and building strong relationships with key decision-makers.Learn to manage the entire sales process—from prospecting and qualifying leads to negotiating and closing deals.Work alongside teams in IT, procurement, finance, and other key areas to understand and meet customer needs.Support and eventually lead the development of sales strategies to drive business in the DaaS industry.Engage with inbound leads, gradually building your own portfolio of clients.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales Development Representatives, pre-sales, marketing, and project management, to ensure customer success.What We’re Looking ForYou’ve recently completed your degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) and are eager to start a career in sales.A genuine interest in technology and IT solutions (applications, software, or hardware).Strong communication skills in both German and English.Motivation to learn and grow in a supportive environment.Proactive and determined, with a willingness to work independently while also embracing guidance.Eagerness to embrace new challenges and take ownership of your personal and professional development.What Devicenow OffersA unique opportunity to enter a fast-growing industry and learn from seasoned professionals.Structured on-the-job training, beginner-focused mentorship sessions, and plenty of guidance to help you develop your sales skills.Hybrid work model.Competitive entry-level salary with performance-based incentives.A dynamic, supportive, and international team environment that values growth and collaboration.
