In this new edition of the Desigual Young Talent Program you will have the opportunity to develop professionally as a Process Engineering for 12 months in our location of Viladecans.

What are we looking for? A university degree related to Industrial Technology Engineering, Process specialization, Industrial Organization Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a Master’s in Logistics and International Trade.
Professional experience.
Creative, proactive people, willing to generate changes and propose innovative solutions.
Sensitivity for the fashion and retail sector.
Residence in BCN or surrounding area.
High level of English.
Other languages are a plus.
Immediate incorporation   What will your role be? Observe tasks and areas of the plant from a Kaizen perspective.
Be able to minimize variabilities in the process (impacting time, costs, or quality) through proper standardization.
Be capable of determining actions to optimize results related to these three areas.

Workplace (design of positions, areas, flows, conditions), 2.
Human factors (processes), 3.
Tools and equipment.
Participate in a plant automation project (quality control, RFID, process automation with cobots, AGVs, or others).
Create standard operating procedures (SOPs) for plant positions.
Measure operation times in the plant.
For each measured operation, break down elements into value-added (VA) and non-value-added (NVA) to identify potential process improvements.
Propose improvements that involve reducing NVA time.
Create Value Stream Maps (VSM) and flow diagrams for two plant improvement projects.
Create dashboards for visualizing key plant data using Tableau.
