In this new edition of the Desigual Young Talent Program you will have the opportunity to develop professionally in departments such as Design, Product Management, Brand Management, Talent & Culture, E-commerce, Social Media, Supply Chain, Data, Controlling, among others, for 12 months.

4-day work-week.
we work 34 hours within a 4-day work-week to promote creativity and work-life balance.
In addition, we have flexible start and finish times and one day of teleworking.

we are located in Barceloneta, facing the Mediterranean Sea.

What are we looking for? A university degree with professional experience.

Residence in BCN or surrounding area.
High level of English.
