In this new edition of the Desigual Young Talent Program you will have the opportunity to develop professionally in departments such as Product, for 12 months. Are you in?
What do we offer you?
• Paid annual scholarship of €1,000 net per month and 18 days holiday.
• Training and 12-month internship agreement with The Power MBA.
• 4-day work-week: we work 34 hours within a 4-day work-week to promote creativity and work-life balance. In addition, we have flexible start and finish times and one day of teleworking.

What are we looking for?
• A university degree with professional experience.
• Creative, proactive people, willing to generate changes and propose innovative solutions.
• Sensitivity for the fashion and retail sector.
• Residence in BCN or surrounding area.
• High level of English. Other languages are a plus.
• Immediate incorporation
What will your role be?
As part of the Design team, you will support the creation of the collection concept, define the technical specifications of the garments, and design the product.
• Fashion trends research: Gather market information on fashion trends and review the latest Desigual collections to identify the best-selling designs, prints, garments, accessories, etc.
• Collection design: Support the creation of the concept and structure of the collection, adapt them to the required technique for each product family, and prepare an initial proposal.
• Explaining the collection: Present the collection (runway, Desigual stores, showrooms, etc.) and, once the collection is presented, identify improvements and implement the necessary corrections for final production.
• Collection documentation: Gather information on the product’s market acceptance, in coordination with the sales and commercial teams.
