About the role: as a junior it support engineer, become a part of the team and provide the first line of technical support to all ciklum employees and basic it services...

Proven experience as an it support specialist, helpdesk technician, or similar customer-facing it role... macos support in research or corporate environments...

Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and continuously improve it support processes... experience with remote support tools (sccm, jamf, teamviewer, etc...

Create documentation to streamline it support processes and assist users... analyze it support trends and provide strategic recommendations for improvements...

Perform it service desk operations for all support issues relating to internal systems infrastructure, hardware, and software, investigating these issues and seeing...

Have experience: you've rocked 1st or 2nd-level it support in the past, ideally in larger environments... stay on top of it all: monitor and manage it requests and...

What you will do in this role      as an it service desk agent on our team, you will:  - provide 1st level support to the client workers  - handle of it requests...
