In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of high growth potential accounts, driving customer adoption and satisfaction, and ultimately achieving revenue growth targets.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain strong relationships with customers to become a trusted advisor and advocate for their needsCollect and analyze data to learn more about your customers’ behaviour, identify expansion opportunities and formulate account growth strategies covering multiple geographies, legal entities, champions and economic buyersDrive revenue growth through upsell and cross-sell opportunities to deliver against your revenue targetsOwn commercial negotiations and contracting activitiesProactively engage with customers to ensure successful product adoption, satisfaction, and value realizationIdentify and address any customer issues or concerns to ensure high customer retentionWork closely with the product team by actively sharing feedback received from your accounts in order to improve/continuously grow our productMaintain updated knowledge of Payhawk product and servicesRequirements4+ years of experience in a SaaS sales / account management roleStrong track record of revenue quota achievement Demonstrable experience of owning and closing expansions within large multinational organizationsStrong commercial acumen and ability to drive revenue growthExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong communication skills in Spanish and EnglishStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsProactive, self-starter with a track record of successAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentCompany Benefits30 days holiday paid leave, plus bank holidaysCompetitive compensation packageExchange policy to another Payhawk office (Amsterdam, London, Paris, Berlin, Sofia)Flexible working hours and opportunity to work from homeRegular team-wide eventsOpportunity to use the Payhawk product with monthly travel allowance.Please note that unfortunately we cannot provide visa sponsorship, and to be considered for this role, candidates must be able to provide proof of their eligibility to work in Spain..Payhawk is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
