? Atender las consultas de los clientes de manera efectiva, buscando soluciones adecuadas y proporcionando
seguimiento según sea necesario.
? Gestionar el proceso de facturación de clientes, incluida la emisión precisa y oportuna de facturas y el
seguimiento de los pagos.
? Manejar las reclamaciones de deudas de manera proactiva, identificando y abordando las cuentas vencidas para
reducir la morosidad cada temporada.
? Coordinar con el equipo de operaciones para garantizar la correcta ejecución de los pedidos y la entrega de
productos y servicios según las expectativas del cliente.
? Mantener registros precisos de las interacciones con los clientes y actualizar la información del cliente en la base
de datos según sea necesario.
? Proporcionar informes periódicos sobre las deudas de los clientes.? Conocimientos de comercio a nivel internacional.
? Alta orientación al cliente.
? Capacidad relacional y de trabajo en equipo.
? Discreción, rigor y proactividad.
? Fuertes habilidades organizativas y atención al detalle.
? Se requiere una formación mínima de Grado Superior en administración y contabilidad o similar.
? Experiencia mínima de 3 años en facturación/contabilidad (se valorará procedencia sector textil).
? Idiomas: Inglés hablado y escrito nivel Advance.
