Your responsibilities will include:Design, Development, and Deployment:Create and implement solutions leveraging Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Computer Vision models.Lead projects involving Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs).Data Management and Preparation:Define and identify learning variables.Generate new datasets and perform data transformations and cleaning.Develop and execute End-to-End Machine Learning processes.Training and Inference Processes:Conduct training processes using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.Develop inference processes in On-premise or Cloud environments.Model Maintenance:Ensure the upkeep and optimization of existing Machine Learning models.Leadership and Mentorship:Lead technical project teams, fostering collaboration and innovation.Mentor Junior Data Scientists and Data Scientists in training to enhance their skills.Proposal Development:Participate in the creation of technical proposals at both national and international levels.Qualifications:Master’s degree in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science or a related field. A PhD is a plus.Minimum of 8 years of experience in AI, machine learning, and automation.Proven experience in leading and managing AI/ML projects from conception to deployment.Experience in a leadership role, driving strategic initiatives.Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, Java, or Scala.Expertise in machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).Experience with automation tools and platforms (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere).Strong understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., Google Cloud, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.Ability to analyze complex datasets and derive meaningful insights.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Strong leadership and potential team management abilities.Relevant certifications in AI, machine learning, or automation are a plus.We positively value all work or study experience abroad.All positions require a high level of English (at least B2) - please send your detailed CV in English.
