AI-DRIVEN LEAD GENERATION SPECIALIST & OFFICE COORDINATOR

About Us:We are a fast-growing, dynamic company with an international presence, launching a new product in the Spanish market. We are seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy AI-Driven Lead Generation Specialist to be our first hire in Spain. This is a unique opportunity for a proactive and results-oriented individual to build our lead generation engine from the ground up using cutting-edge AI tools. If you have a passion for leveraging AI to drive company growth and a desire to work in a dynamic, international environment, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:AI-Driven Lead Generation:Utilize AI tools (e.g., web scraping, lead identification, marketing automation, CRM integration) to identify, qualify, and generate high-quality leads for our new product in the Spanish market.Develop and implement AI-driven lead generation strategies across various channels.Analyze data and metrics to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.Research and evaluate new AI tools and technologies to enhance lead generation efforts.Sales Support:Collaborate with the sales team to provide qualified leads and support sales activities.Maintain accurate records of lead generation activities and results.Office Coordination (Initial Phase):Assist with initial office setup and administrative tasks as needed during the establishment phase.Support local recruitment efforts as required.Reporting and Analysis:Regularly report on lead generation performance and key metrics.Provide insights and recommendations for improvement.Qualifications:Proven experience using AI tools for lead generation.Strong understanding of lead generation strategies and methodologies (inbound, outbound, etc.).Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data.Highly proactive, autonomous, and results-oriented.Strong technical aptitude and a willingness to learn new tools quickly.Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English (written and spoken).Familiarity with Spanish business culture and the local market is highly desirable.Bonus Points:Experience with specific AI tools relevant to our industry (please specify in your application).What We Offer:A dynamic, international working environment.The opportunity to build a lead generation engine from scratch using cutting-edge AI technology.Significant growth potential within a rapidly expanding company.A supportive, creative, and growth-oriented atmosphere.Work with an experienced international team.
