As a Full-Cycle Account Executive at bsport, you are at the forefront of our business’s continuous success and growth.
Your role is pivotal, contributing to our journey that is poised for further expansion.
In this dynamic position, you will be responsible for opening and expanding the APAC market, playing a key role in seeking new customers, analyzing their requirements, and delivering tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Your main responsibilities will include.
Market Expansion.
Proactively seek and develop new leads to broaden market reach.
Qualify and identify a maximum number of commercial opportunities for strategic growth.
Client Consultation.
Utilize your expertise and knowledge to engage in meaningful conversations with potential clients.
Conduct in-depth consultations with companies to identify their unique needs and offer effective solutions.
Sales Process Management.
Perform compelling product demonstrations, acting as a consultant throughout the entire process until contracts are signed.
Work diligently to not only meet but exceed monthly objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Process Enhancement.
Actively participate in refining internal and commercial processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Reporting and CRM Management.
Thoroughly report and manage all activities using our HubSpot CRM, ensuring an organized and streamlined Sales Pipeline.

re a native English speaker.
emonstrate a proven track record as an Account Executive, boasting 2-3 years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in a full-cycle sales role.
xhibit a comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end sales process, from initial prospecting to final deal closure.
emonstrate capacity to excel both autonomously and as a collaborative team member.
ave familiarity with the Wellness industry (specifically SMBs) and a keen understanding of industry trends, competitors, and client needs.
howcase excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions in a clear and compelling manner.
hrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, displaying adaptability to changes and evolving market conditions.
re familiar with CRM software (experience with HubSpot is a plus) and other relevant sales tools.
