om/disw/ Position Overview Actively participates in the development process of NX (Marine) and FORAN, collaborating in different tasks as.
Requirement specifications, marine use cases testing, documentation, validation process, marine performance, integration with TC.
Actively participates in the deployment process of NX (Marine) and FORAN in clients, collaborating in different tasks as.
User trainings, customization of solutions, validation of links with production machines and devices.
Actively participates in the exploitation process of NX (Marine) and FORAN in customers, collaborating in different tasks as.
Analysis of Incidence Reports (IRs) from customers and internal, classification of IRs and sending to R&D for solving, providing alternative interim solution, or giving technical assistance.
Interaction with customers for support/maintenance service.
Final testing prior to sending upgrades to customers.
Activities and Responsibilities Interaction with customers for providing world-class technical support and maintenance service.
Review of documentation and creation of new one for clarification of new functionalities.
Testing of new functionalities from ship design perspective, checking the full feasibility and application to marine working environments.
Working with NX Product Management to explain ship design procedures and dependencies, making easier the tasks of preparing Requirement Specifications for new projects in NX.
Identification of tasks to improve the quality, robustness, and performance of the product.
Investigation of any product issues reported by customers.
Proposal of enhancements to functionality based on customer interaction and feedback.
Responsible for ensuring the overall satisfaction of customers about the products.
