AREA MANAGER (PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRY)

Pharmex Group is looking for an Area Manager for its Delegation in Alcobendas (Madrid). Job Purpose:The Area Manager will be responsible for implementing the commercial strategy defined for the regions of Spain, Europe and LATAM, identifying new business opportunities that impact the company's sales results.Key Responsabilities:Implementing the commercial strategy defined for the regions of Spain, Europe and LATAM: Management and development of international distributors.Identify new business opportunities (market research).Prepare and/or review all commercial budgets and ensure their execution after approval by the Management: Forecasts, KPI´s, analysis and evaluation of sales vs. client objectives, etc.Develop and/or negotiate agreements/contracts and support actions throughout the process, from agreement signing to product launch.Lead the team in charge of the implementation of the commercial policy, providing the necessary support to ensure the viability of the negotiation.Ensuring the appropriateness of the information delivered to the customer by collaborating with the different departments of the company. Coordination of customer requests Working with our sales, marketing and logistics teams to achieve common objectives.Attending events and trade fairs as a representative of the company. Requirements:Degree in science (Pharmacy is preferred).Master in Pharmaceutical Industry or International Trade (will be a plus).5 years of demonstrable commercial experience in Spain, Europe and LATAM regions in the pharmaceutical industry.Technical knowledge about quality, manufacturing, supply chain, regulatory affairs and intellectual property areas of each of the dossiers/products.Essential fluency in written and spoken English. (The interview will be conducted in English).Good knowledge of MS tools, databases, CRM. Good communication and strong negotiation skills.
