Ready to join us?   About this opportunity     As an Area Sales Manager for our territory North of England & Scotland.
You will be responsible for growing Align’s business, Invisalign and iTero, with GP as customers in your designated area.
With your ability and experience to lead a team, leading their thinking and earning their support through initiative, action and drive for results you make a mark.
In this role, you will…   Manage, coach, and motivate an assigned team of Territory Managers and Account Representatives Provide leadership and coaching your team in one-on-one and group settings Support and guide your team in developing sales plans and strategies to reach their targets Support and enable growth mindset Analyze data an identify opportunities to drive growth Ensure that your team addresses customers with specific action plans and customer centric mindset Co-travel with your team members and visit customers Provide training in product knowledge, customer segmentation and selling skills Identify and resolve customer concerns when required Hire high caliber Territory Managers to keep leading a high-performance team Balance short term operational needs with long term organizational needs of the business Regularly report sales performance of your team to the General Manager Collaborate with a network of business leader colleagues to develop new ideas how to bring sales forward Get involved in projects outside of your regular scope of work   In this role, you’ll need …   Academic Background in Business Administration, Sales or Marketing Residing in the UK is mandatory Very strong insights & business analytical skills, experience in budget management and planning Minimum of 7-10 years sales experience with at least 3-5 of those managing a sales team Preferably experience in the medical device or healthcare industry Natural ability to spot business opportunities and to persuade and influence others An advocate for digital products and workflows to help growing our customers Advanced presentation, negotiation, and coaching skills Full, clean driving license Sound like a good fit?       Great!
