We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager capable of leading a team, achieving and exceeding store objectives. Maintaining operational sales excellence by providing unique customer service. With passion and desire to be a brand ambassador.Main Responsibilities.Supervise, lead, inspire and motivate the team to achieve individual and store targets, with all their KPIs. Support the Store Manager in exemplifying providing total customer satisfaction through our service model and driving sales through customer experience while maintaining product and store standards. Demonstrating empowerment to solve customer problems and meet customers’ needs. Communicates effectively with store manager, peers, supervisors, and corporate partners. Assists in developing plans to address key business issues, and utilizes plans to impact business and achieve desired results. Support managers by implementing action plans in order to achieve in a short and long-term target objective.Coaching, developing and training team members to continuously improve product and selling skills. Follow the guidelines set by the company. Minimize losses by supervising and following up all loss prevention procedures.Drive the team with their daily tasks as, replenishment, taking all the areas clean, product knowledge and be aware of the newness products, among others.Demonstrates effective time management skills.Perform store opening and closing procedures. Training the sales team in the Store on guidelines and procedures related to the current collections.Ensuring that visual merchandising standards in stores are maintained, by encouraging the sales team to complete displays to tight deadlines.Rotate products in store according to company requests to increase sell out. RequirementsPrevious experience in a similar position in a fashion and lifestyle retail environment.Leadership. Convincing personality and vision for success. Ability to work under pressure and be part of our team. Familiarity with cashiering, visual merchandising and warehouse systems. Customer service skills. Fluency in English and Spanish is essential, second language is preferred.Excellent communication skills at all levels, both written and verbal.Availability to flexible and adaptable to the need of the business (Including weekends and Bank Holidays). Ability to analyze sales reports and perform fundamental calculations with proficient computer knowledges (MS Word, Excel).
