Hands-on experience in core process technologies such as LASER technologies (welding & marking), dispensing technology, Riveting, Function test, Leak Testing, Flow Testing, Interference assemblies, Resistance welding, Tig/Mig welding, torquing applications etc.
Knowledge on tools and fixture design Knowledge of Torquing strategies in DC tools and press fit monitoring strategies in any of the PFMS systems.
Hands-on experience in creating the new process design and equipment development standards for lean assembly lines with complete data traceability.
Hands-on experience in driving lean culture through TPM, TQM, VSM, Kanban, Kaizen blitz, and other lean strategies.
Responsible for achieving PQCDSM targets of the plant.
Develop manufacturing strategies aligning with the business needs.
Hands-on experience in Process costing and Capex planning.
Capacity analysis of various assembly lines and contingency planning.
Practical knowledge/Hands on experience in problem-solving techniques i.
., Six Sigma, Shainin Red X.
Good knowledge of the APQP development process.
Lead the change to implement best practices and deployment of manufacturing standards by collaborating with global manufacturing experts Continual improvement through implementation of Lean, 5S, Six Sigma and Kaizen and maintain ISO , IATF , ISO , ISO .
