ASSISTANT PRODUCT OWNER- EDTECH PROJECTS

We are looking for a professional with experience in supporting and managing digital educational projects in K12 and higher education markets in the United States. Based in our offices in Barcelona, the ideal candidate should have a background in assisting with the definition and comprehensive management of digital products and services, with educational content as the core of learning. The Assistant Product Owner will work closely and in alignment with the digital strategy and development management, as well as with the rest of the digital team, to contribute to the digital transformation of the company, with a primary focus on the United States market. The role involves supporting the Product Owner in managing the newly launched LMS and other digital initiatives, providing crucial support for the success of the project.About the Role: Support the Product Owner in maximizing product value by identifying constant improvements and understanding user challenges. Assist in managing products offered through the platform. Monitor KPIs to ensure effective area management. Collaborate with the PO with the management of technology providers to address platform issues. Help develop the platform roadmap in coordination with the provider. Qualifications: Previous experience on a similar role or projects is desirable.Engineering or related studies.Ability to quickly grasp technical and business concepts.Strong teamwork skills and the ability to support leadership.Proactive attitude.Problem-solving skills.Languages: Spanish and English. Required Skills: Experience with JS, React, and HTML for understanding platform functionality and collaborating with the development team. Extensive hands-on experience is not required but is desirable. Knowledge on the use of DDBB (MySQL, MongoDB). Knowledge of the K12 - Higher Ed sector (our end users are teachers and students).
