Assistant Store ManagerAn excellent opportunity has arisen for Assistant Store Manager for Tom Ford’s new opening in Puerto BanusThe person that we are looking for has at experience in Managerial role in the Luxury Retail and has important experience in high fashion boutique. The candidate will be responsible for managing the Tom Ford Boutique in Puerto BanusKey Accountabilities:Support the Store Manager in the store’s daily operations including sales, customer service and trainingSupport the Store Manager in budgeting and reportingMonitoring store performance to achieve sales targets and KPI’sCreate a personalized shopping experience for customerFollow the Company operational guidelines and policesKey Requirement:Previous experience in a similar role in Luxury RetailKnowledge of fashion trends Passione and knowledge of selling ceremonyFluent in EnglishExperience in Clientelling activities and CRM Target focusedIn TOM FORD you will have the opportunity to work in a company in the Luxury sector with an international reach, you will find a collaborative work environment aimed at continuous improvement in which the attitude towards teamwork takes on a central role.
