We are currently seeking an Associate Outcomes Researcher, MRT to join our diverse and dynamic team.
As an Associate Outcomes Researcher, MRT at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in conducting mixed-methods research, analyzing health outcomes data, and contributing to the advancement of innovative treatments and therapies through comprehensive outcomes research.
What You Will Be Doing.
Conducting outcomes research studies and analyses.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement outcomes research protocols.
Examining outcomes data to identify trends, patterns, and impacts on patient outcomes.
Contributing to the development of evidence-based strategies for optimizing healthcare delivery and patient care.
Communicating findings through reports, presentations, and publications.
Your Profile.
Master's or doctoral degree in outcomes research, health economics, public health, or a related field.
Experience in outcomes research, preferably in a clinical or pharmaceutical setting.
Proficiency in statistical analysis software such as SAS or R.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
