Vos missions Fournir un support client de premier ordre concernant les polices dassurance.
Grer le traitement des paiements et des remboursements.
Rsoudre les demandes et offrir une assistance gnrale concernant la couverture.
Maintenir une communication claire et professionnelle avec les clients garantissant une exprience client positive.
Votre profil Profil flamand avec une bonne matrise du franais.
Exprience pralable dans le service client de prfrence dans des secteurs similaires tels que lassurance le tourisme ou le divertissement.
Excellentes comptences interpersonnelles avec une grande capacit rsoudre les problmes.
Disponibilit pour travailler selon les horaires dfinis (lundi vendredi de 9hh00).
