About the Company: We are partnering with market a leader in providing renewable energy solutions, with a strong focus on driving revenue growth and fostering client relationships.About the Role: As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve targets and drive revenue growth in the renewable industry.Responsibilities: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth in the renewable industry.Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to clients.Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and generate reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.Provide regular sales forecasts, budget recommendations, and market intelligence reports to senior management.Stay updated on renewable energy policies, regulations, and incentives to leverage them in sales strategies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field.Proven track record of success in sales management, preferably in the renewable industry.In-depth knowledge of renewable energy technologies, products, and services.Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Strategic thinker with a demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions.Flexibility to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.Pay range and compensation package: The pay range and compensation package will be competitive and commensurate with experience.
