In this group of professionals we find personal trainers of any discipline, nutritionists, physiotherapists, fitness centers, etc.Thanks to Harbiz, these professionals digitize and offer a quality leap in the way they work with themselves and their clients.We are a young startup, in constant growth and thanks to this you will be able to learn a lot of things from different areas, helping us to reach the next level in the fitness world.🚀Role OverviewWe’re looking for a charismatic and dynamic Brand & Community Builder with a flair for influencer marketing. In this role, you’ll work on creating a strong brand presence by managing 'client-influencer' relationships, building brand advocacy, and driving our product into the spotlight. If you have a passion for sports, a knack for spotting the perfect influencers, and a natural talent for relationship-building, this role is made for you!🎯Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, recruit, and manage relationships with clients that could act as brand ambassadors aligned with our brand values.Built a VIP community in which they professionals can share they knowledged and learn from othersDevelop and execute creative campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.Track and analyze the performance of the partnerships with brand ambassadors, optimizing campaigns for maximum impact.Collaborate closely with the team to ensure brand consistency and a unified message across all channels.Reinforce our community through our own event, awards to strengthen our connection with our audience.🔍Key Qualifications:3-4 years of experience in brand building, community engagement, or influencer marketing within the sports or wellness industry.Proven experience managing and nurturing relationships with microinfluencers.Exceptional communication skills with a charismatic and engaging style.A deep passion for sports and an understanding of the sports industry landscape.Strategic mindset focused on keeping our brand top of mind.👤Who You Are:A natural networker with charisma, confidence, and creativity.Passionate about sports and excited about connecting with like-minded profiles.A trendsetter who knows how to make products popular and engaging.Young, driven, and eager to leave your mark on a brand and industry you love.🤲 What We OfferWork in a disruptive project, with an immense capacity for growth.Possibilities of growth and professional development, we are a startup and you will learn from all areas.Motivating work environmentAnd least but not least...free coffe
