These special agents work across functions, products, and regions to identify, assess, and manage risks created throughout the third-party lifecycle.People in the Third Party Risk team are among the first in the company to get involved in new business initiatives, from App Technology, through Treasury and Finance, to Customer Support 💫We’re a centralised team of risk managers covering key areas of Revolut’s risk taxonomy, and we're looking for Business Risk Managers of various seniorities with a background in operational, technology, regulatory compliance, and financial crime risk. An analytical mind to develop sustainable growth strategies that align with internal risk frameworks. Let’s get in touch 🚀What You’ll Be DoingDriving continuous evolution of all third-party risk management processes Identifying, assessing, and mitigating third-party risks identified via risk and control testing during onboarding, ongoing monitoring, and off-boarding processesCoordinating development and testing of third-party contingency arrangementsDefining third-party risk management policies, procedures, and playbooksDriving data completeness and quality of key assetsBuilding relationships with business stakeholders and 2LoD colleagues, reporting to various committees on key matters related to third-party risk management Leading projects related to the third-party risk management programmeWhat You'll Need2–8 years of work experience in risk management or management consulting, preferably in financial servicesTo be a subject matter expert in at least one of the following risk domains: operational risk, information security, financial crime, or regulatory complianceExperience with risk and control testingImpeccable data analysis and problem-solving skillsNice to haveFundamental knowledge of EBA Outsourcing Guidelines and PRA SS on outsourcing and third-party risk managementThe ability to use SQLBuilding a global financial super app isn’t enough.
