Descripción de la oferta de empleo
- Responsable de mantener actualizado todo el sistema de datos (organigrama sobre jornada laboral, salarios, jerarquías, clasificación, etc.)
- Trabaja en estrecha colaboración con el equipo de Experiencia del Empleado para preparar y consolidar la información solicitada por el equipo de Personas
- Participar y mantener actualizados todos los presupuestos y tendencias para el control de HeadCount.
- Participar en la planificación y el desarrollo de proyectos y procesos de personal.
- Prestar apoyo a los procesos específicos de personal en las plantas industriales, como la contratación, el rendimiento y el apoyo a los responsables de planta.
- Apoyar las tareas y relaciones laborales en la planta industrial.
-Poner en marcha un plan de acción diseñado para minimizar el impacto del absentismo en la planta industrial.
Experiència 1 mesos. Requisitos
Graduad@os/as con certificado de discapacidad del 33% o superior, en formaciones vinculadas a la gestión empresarial, laboral, gestión de personas o Ingenierías (industrial, procesos...).
Inglés Alto (C1. Imprescindible para desenvolverte en un entorno internacional de trabajo)
Experiencia no necesaria. Deberás tener acabados los estudios de grado o especialización en los últimos 5 años para optar al contrato laboral en prácticas, y querer cursar un máster, postgrado o curso de especialización en el curso 24-25 para poder acceder a las plazas del programa de talento para trainees.
Certificado de discapacidad del 33% o superior
