We are seeking a Business Transformation Project Manager to join our Project Management Team, which supports business and transformation projects both internally and with international clients.Forvis Mazars Group SC is an independent member of Forvis Mazars Global, a leading global professional services network. Operating as an internationally integrated partnership in over 100 countries and territories, we specialise in audit, tax and advisory services.About the Role:In this role, you will facilitate and ensure the success of international client projects and internal strategic and transformation initiatives by continuously improving project management methodologies, tools, and techniques. As part of the Project Management Team, you will collaborate with cross-border teams, supporting global business lines across industries and ensuring coordination and communication across all stakeholders. The team drives efficiency, defines project management models, and identifies optimisation opportunities. This role offers an excellent opportunity to thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment, allowing you to build valuable networks and foster meaningful professional growth.Key Responsibilities:Drive end-to-end delivery of internal consulting projects, structuring complex problems, developing robust fact bases, articulating insights, refining recommendations with key stakeholders, and communicating outcomes.Provide method and expertise to frame and execute projects, or specific project streams, on time, on quality and on budget.Establish project structures, governance, and manage key stakeholders.Set the pace in projects and /or communities, engage stakeholders, and ensure actions are tracked to drive progress and efficiently meet objectives.Organize, prepare and manage meetings and workshops applying relevant techniques for insightful results.Prepare and deliver presentations and reports for clients and management.Contribute to the continuous improvement of methodologies within the PMO team.Facilitate knowledge sharing and provide coaching to team members.Act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders.Desired Skills and Experience:Master’s degree in Economics, Management or related fields.5 years of project management experience, preferably in consulting, transformation or cross-functional projects.Proven ability to manage complex or international projects from initiation to completion.Strategic approach with excellent problem-solving and quantitative skills.Ability to deep-dive into specific areas and drive operational impact when needed.Excellent presentation and communication skills (written and oral) with the ability to lead workshops, meetings, and training sessions.Strong organizational skills, critical thinking, and time management abilities.Client focused and service-oriented approach, anticipating needs.Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels, build trustful relationships and demonstrate strong influencing skills.Flexibility, resilience, and the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.Confidentiality.Strong English and French skills, both oral and written.What do we offer:Fix & Bonus Salary.Permanent full-time contractHybrid working model (2 days of remote/week)Flexible compensation plan (restaurants, transportation, nursery)Health insuranceInternational and dynamic environmentFruit, coffee and snack always available at our officeInclusion and DiversityAt Forvis Mazars we are committed to guaranteeing that in our recruitment processes no person will be discriminated against for reasons of gender, age, ethnicity or nationality, religious convictions, or sexual orientation.
