YOUR MISSION As part of the MFCs team - our very own Darkstores - you will be responsible for the global assortment strategy, by setting up tools, processes, and KPIs to track the assortment quality in our 11 markets, ensuring our stores have the optimal offering for our users.
THE JOURNEY Define the global strategy, using data to identify the ideal assortment design and key categories to drive orders and revenue growth for MFCs.
Create - with the support of the Data Team - the tools and processes needed to execute the strategy.
Lead Assortment testing to define the optimal number of SKUs across the different markets.
Work closely with the local teams, understanding their specific needs and enabling them to achieve the assortment KPIs you will define.
Collaborate with Delivery Hero’s Central team, taking advantage of other entities’ learnings and best practices.
Develop dashboards to monitor Key Performance Indicators linked to the assortment performance.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE 5+ years of experience, preferably working as a Category Manager in a traditional grocery retailer or as a consultant in the sector.  Ability to work across different geographies and in-country restrictions;  An analytical mindset to transform data into meaningful insights; Advanced Excel/GSheets and basic SQL (and willingness to learn more if needed!) Strategic thinking to translate strategies into plans that can be effectively executed; Be able to influence local teams to get your plans effectively implemented; Ability to build  KPIs and processes from scratch; Interest in start-ups, technology, and a fast-paced environment; Proactive, organized, and obsessed with details; Individuals representing diverse profiles, and abilities, encompassing various genders, ethnicities, and backgrounds, are less likely to apply for this role if they do not possess solid experience in 100% of these areas.
