We are recruiting HEAD OF MAINTENANCE (M/F) Requisitos Função e Responsabilidades.
Enquanto Chefe de Manutenção (M/F), reportará ao Hotel Manager e ficará responsável por assegurar a coordenação, execução e supervisão da equipa e do serviço de manutenção corretiva, preventiva e controlo energético, garantindo uma gestão técnica eficaz e a preservação das infraestruturas do hotel nas diferentes áreas de acordo com os procedimentos definidos de forma a garantir o correto funcionamento da unidade e prestar um serviço de qualidade excedendo as expectativas do cliente.

Role and Responsibilities.
As Head of Maintenance (M/F), you will report to the Hotel Manager and will be responsible for ensuring the coordination, execution and supervision of the team and the corrective, preventive and energy control maintenance service, ensuring effective technical management and the preservation of infrastructure of the hotel in the different areas according to the defined procedures in order to guarantee the correct functioning of the unit and provide a quality service that exceeds the customer's expectations.
