CHIEF HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER (CHRO)

Position OverviewWe are seeking a strategic and dynamic Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to lead our human resources function within the food and beverage industry. Reporting directly to the CEO, the CHRO will develop and execute HR strategies that support our company’s mission, values, and business objectives. This role requires an innovative leader with extensive experience in talent management, organizational design, employee engagement, and compliance.Key Responsibilities Strategic LeadershipDevelop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s growth objectives and industry trends.Partner with the executive leadership team to drive cultural transformation and organizational effectiveness. Talent Acquisition and ManagementOversee the recruitment and retention of top talent across all levels of the organization.Lead initiatives to build a diverse and inclusive workforce.Design career development and succession planning frameworks. Employee Engagement and DevelopmentCreate and implement employee engagement strategies to foster a high-performance culture.Develop training and development programs to enhance leadership and technical skills. Compensation and BenefitsLead the design and administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs.Ensure alignment with industry benchmarks and regulatory compliance. Compliance and Risk ManagementEnsure adherence to labor laws and employment regulations across all regions of operation.Mitigate HR-related risks through proactive policy management and conflict resolution. HR Technology and AnalyticsImplement HR technologies to improve efficiency and data-driven decision-making.Utilize analytics to measure HR effectiveness and recommend improvements.QualificationsProven experience (10+ years) in senior HR leadership roles, preferably within the food and beverage or FMCG industry.Deep knowledge of labor laws, HR practices, and trends in employee engagement and talent management.Strong background in change management and cultural transformation.Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is a plus.Key AttributesStrategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.Collaborative and empathetic leader with the ability to influence at all levels.Results-driven mindset with a focus on fostering a positive employee experience.
