Join our collaborative and dynamic team as we redefine the future of sustainable transportation.What You'll DoHire, train, and provide coaching to all levels of Mechanics and Fleet Support positions responsible for deploying and retrieving our shared electric vehicleBuild a safe, compliant and efficient warehouse environment that supplies a fully operational fleet of vehicles for BarcelonaDefine new processes and best practices to drive operational excellence within the warehousePartner cross-functionally on operations projects that result in identifying expansion opportunities within your region(s)Define and monitor KPIs that measure the profitability, revenue, and operational performance of your market(s)Provide complaint management and customer incidents investigation supportPartner with the local Government Relations representative to manage key Legal, Regulatory and Safety issuesMaintain positive relationships between customers, regulators/city officials, employees, and Ridemovi managementCollaborate with Engineering and Product teams to drive local initiatives for revenue growthAbout YouGrit and an entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work in a warehouse environment1-3 years of professional work experience; ideally 1+ year of experience within an Operations or Logistics positionExperience leading teams or groups preferredExpertise with the Barcelona territory is a plusFluent verbal and written Spanish language skills and good English language skillsGood communication and stakeholder management skillsDriving license is a plusAs the ideal candidate, you will be passionate about the mission of our business!What we offer:Opportunity to revolutionize transportation in your hometown with the leader in urban mobility solutions.Work with a team of fun and motivated individuals across Europe.Competitive salary and benefits.
