Reporting to the Cloud Operation Lead, in this position you will work alongside qualified, senior Cloud professionals to ensure reliability, availability and security of our Board platform. Handling support requests from all over the world, you will have the chance to gain hands-on experience on Azure Cloud and learn in an international environment the best practices to deliver excellence to our customers.Key responsibilities: Become acquainted with the distinct features of Board platform and its deployment in the Azure Cloud environmentCoordinate an effective troubleshooting process to identify and resolve Cloud issuesOversee support requests and needs of our worldwide customersEnsure excellence in delivering services to our customers through timely feedback and follow-upsProvide help and assistance to your fellow team members to troubleshoot and fix errorsSkills and Qualifications: Educational background in Computer Science, Computer Engineer or similar fieldsPrevious exposure to any Cloud provider will be considered a plusFamiliarity with Microsoft systems (Windows servers) is preferableProactive, detail-oriented approachTeamworking attitudeGood organizational skills to meet target datesFluency in EnglishOur commitment to Diversity and Inclusion Join a company that believes in the added value of diversity, inclusion, and belonging.
