Your contribution.
You are responsible for the central email inbox and coordinating the processing of enquiries You are the interface between internal specialist departments and external enquirers Maintaining the internal databases for incoming processes, contracts and technical documents You take care of the filing of documents in accordance with the defined instructions Ensuring processes through a structured and process-orientated way of working   What makes you stand out.
Completed training in a commercial or technical field (or a comparable qualification) First professional experience in the field of processing or incoming mail processing desirable Fluent written and spoken German (C1) and English (C1) Confident handling of MS Office applications and databases Ability to coordinate, communicate and work in a team Quick comprehension skills  What we offer.
