Coliving Hotel ManagerThe Hotel Manager is responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of Outsite Ibiza a coliving hotel with 25 bedrooms in a continuing effort to provide an outstanding guest experience while maximizing the brand’s growth, providing a great guest experience by making sure the guests’ needs are being met, the property is maintained in excellent operating condition and encouraging community.Requirements:-Must have a high level of customer service and customer-centric disposition-Self-starter who has the ability to work independently-Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills-Team player-Detail oriented-Relevant experience in customer service and operations is preferred-Must be proficient in communication; both verbal and written-Professional demeanor-Must have great social skills and a good sense and sound judgment in practical matters-Must be punctual and reliable-High hustle quotient: willing to get your hands dirty as necessary to move fast and get things done-Needs to be fluent in both Spanish and English-Must live in IbizaKey Responsibilities:A. Guest Experience- Welcoming and communicating with guests, including being on-call for guests’ questions/concerns. Ensuring that guests' needs are being met and that guests are following Outsite's policies, rental rules, and guidelines. Monitoring and maintaining the net promoter score by reviewing feedback.B Operations and Property Management: In charge of overseeing the operation of the Outsite Ibiza location to the highest level of efficiency possible. Overseeing the day-to-day processes and performance. Overseeing that the spaces are maintained properly staged and organized.Overseeing that all items on the property are in good working condition. Ensuring that all issues with the property are resolved ina timely manner and following up with the corresponding vendors until issues are resolved while documenting and issue-tracking. Supervising and scheduling the cleaning services. Contacting suppliers, submitting orders and keeping inventory of stock and expenses. Being on-call for property emergencies.C. Administrative Management: Overseeing the administrative aspects of Outsite Ibiza. Overseeing expenses and cash flow. Assisting in the hiring of vendors. Making payments to suppliers and vendors. Consolidating and bookkeeping of monthly expenses. Submitting monthly occupancy and revenue reports to the corresponding tax authorities. Overseeing the renewal of mandatory operating licenses and permits.Overseeing that the company maintains a good standing with local authorities.D. Community Management and Social- Being present and encouraging a sense of community. Engaging in brand awareness and fostering local partnerships. Planning, organizing, and attending one activity for the guests per week. Giving recommendations. Answering questions/concerns, and moderating the location’s online groups in Whatsapp and Circle.Potential Start Date: December 2024Contract Type: Salaried Full-Time (40+ hours per week)Compensation: To be determined based on experience
