What you’ll do As an integral part of the Communication and Capability Team, you will collaborate with stakeholders to develop top-tier communication and training for our frontline staff, equipping them with essential information to excel in their roles.
You will serve as a consultant to ensure all communications reflect our Spirit behaviours and our goal of being the top choice for customer experience.
• You will prepare detailed briefing packs to support product launch • You will represent the Communication and Capability team at key meetings with stakeholders in relation to projects • You will ensure cross functional plans are aligned and consistent with regular & timely progress updates for key stakeholders • You will support and develop the relationship between Commercial Operations and our external communications platform provider (Thrive) • You will work with stakeholders to evaluate the effectiveness of communication interventions with feedback and data on quality of implementation, training completion rates, readership and engagement statistics Who you are Vodafone is committed to attracting, developing and retaining the very best people by offering a motivating and inclusive workplace in which talent is truly recognised and rewarded.
