Would you like to work in a leading company?Task and Responsabilities Communication Strategy:· Assist in developing and executing comprehensive communication strategies.· Support in identifying key messages and target audiences.· Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies.Content Creation:· Write and edit articles, newsletters, and other content for internal and external audiences.· Collaborate with various departments to gather information and create engaging content.· Ensure all content aligns with the company's tone and branding guidelines.Management Presentations:· Update and maintain management presentations with the latest data and insights.· Design visually appealing slides that effectively communicate key messages.· Assist in preparing materials for meetings and events.Intranet Management:· Update and maintain the intranet presence pages.· Ensure information is current, accurate, and easily accessible.· Work with IT to troubleshoot any technical issues related to the intranet.Events Management Support:· Help with planning and coordinating all logistical aspects, including venue booking, equipment setup and schedule management.QualificationsEducationCurrently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.Previous internship or work experience in a communications role is a plus.Languages:English mandatoryRequirements and Experience:Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.Creativity: Ability to think creatively and develop innovative content.Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills.Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.Technical Knowledge / Accountabilities:Basic understanding of content management systems (CMS) and intranet platforms.Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing principles is advantageous.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Conditions of the internship:12-month internship with the possibility of semi-attendance, important: to live in Madrid35 hours per week (important to be available for morning and afternoon hours from 8:00 to 16:00 during the 12 months)Flexible starting timeAgreement and training provided by the company or agreement with current university30 working days of holidaysWE ARE WAITING TO SEE YOUR PROFILE!Thank you!
