This position plays a key role in ensuring that changes are managed in a way that minimizes employee resistance and maximizes change adoption and efficiency.Responsibilities:Design and Implementation of Change Strategies:- Develop and execute customized change management plans for specific projects within the organization.- Collaborate with project leaders to identify change impacts and develop appropriate strategies to address them.Communication and Training:- Design and lead communication and training programs to ensure that all employees understand the change and how it will affect them.- Facilitate training sessions and workshops for employees and managers on new practices and systems.Stakeholder management:- Identify and manage the expectations of key stakeholders at all levels of the organization.- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to facilitate the change process.Evaluation and Feedback:- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives through metrics and feedback.- Adjust change strategies as needed to ensure long-term success of implementations.Leadership Support:- Advise and support the organization's leaders in leading change, providing tools and techniques to help manage the transition.Mandatory Skills:ConsultingMandatory Skills Description:- University degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.- Proven experience in change management, preferably in a consulting environment.- Excellent communication and presentation skills.- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, multi-project environment.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Graphic design skills, generation of guidelines, banners, communications, communication plans.- Catalan- English- Experience in IT projects- Minimum 3 years experienceNice-to-Have Skills Description:Experience with 365 user adoptionLanguages:English: B2 Upper IntermediateSpanish: C2 ProficientCatalán: C2 Proficient
