Community Manager will work in close collaboration with the team and Process owners to make sure the communities are aligned with the strategy to ensure the Network of excellence processes and structure are in place in their scope, The community leader will be the SPOC for the community members identified in all countries/ Entities.
Responsibilities & Duties.
Create, publish and share news of the company’s activities across the social media channels.
Create and administer the social media calendar for all the social media accounts of the company, working with the social media manager Administer the company’s social media profiles, ensuring they are on brand and attractive for the target audiences.
Engage with influencers Respond to all comments and enquiries across all social media channels.
Keep up to date with trends in social media marketing and digital technology to ensure the company is engaging and in front of trends.
Attend events to provide live social media coverage (travel may be necessary).
Track results and devise strategies and tactics to grow our community Boost interaction within countries/entities to share best practices and promote the teamwork Articulate the identification, planning and execution of the Change & Communication Strategy of the assigned tools, project, or initiatives.
Execute Communication plans, including content creation, asset production (ppts, videos, infographics, etc.), channel strategy & delivery.
Produce and deliver communication packages to ease local deployment and adoption of the assigned tools, project, or initiatives.
Articulate all the Communications plans based on project deliveries & Release content KPIs follow up and action plans.
Measure the reach of the communication delivered and implement improvement actions, when applies.
Execute Change Management strategy and adapt the change management it to country context Requirements.
Passion for social media A bachelor’s degree (minimum) in digital marketing, social media or equivalent.
A minimum of three year’s experience in community management, social media management or digital marketing Excellent knowledge of social media channels.
Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, LinkedIn and Twitter Experience of social media management and reporting tools (e.
.
Hootsuite, Google Analytics, databox).
Excellent Spanish and English copy writing / written skills (level C1, C2 or native) Design and video skills for social media post creation We offer.
