You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our clients by delivering exceptional service, optimizing revenue streams, and fostering strong client relationships.Responsibilities:Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of hotel clients, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships.Understand the unique needs and objectives of each client and develop tailored strategies to meet their goals.Lead a team of concierge professionals, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to ensure high performance and client satisfaction.Conduct regular performance reviews and implement strategies for continuous improvement.Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and product development, to drive client success and platform enhancements.Qualifications:Proven experience as a concierge or guest services manager in the hospitality industry.Strong leadership skills with experience leading and motivating teams.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and team members.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of hotel operations, revenue management, and guest experience enhancement strategies.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.Join Us: If you are a dynamic, results-driven individual with a passion for hospitality and a desire to be part of an innovative startup, we want to hear from you!
