We pride ourselves on being creative and innovative solution providers to our customers and partners.Job DescriptionEnfinity Global is seeking a Construction Project Manager based in Italy, with a team player approach and extensive knowledge of constructions and projects of PV plants in Italy. The Project Manager will be responsible for supporting active projects in Italy in construction, and the following commissioning activities.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure proper project handover by identifying risks and pending issues from previous phases.Contract necessary professional services.Monitor the planning and execution of photovoltaic plant construction projects from financial close to project handover to asset management.Manage the project budget and resources, ensuring efficient use.Coordinate with internal and external teams, including engineering, planning and control, accounting, finance, contractors, etc.Ensure project quality and deadlines are met through the implementation of quality controls and regular audits.Develop and monitor detailed project schedules, adjusting as necessary to meet company objectives.Identify and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans.Prepare and present project progress reports.Ensure working conditions comply with occupational health and safety standards and regulations.Ensure compliance with contractual conditions, obligations, and notifications.Ensure the updating of project guarantees and permits.Qualifications:Engineering degree (preferable).Proven experience (5+ years) in PV Construction & Management, either in EPC and/or Owner perspectives.In-depth knowledge of construction regulations and practices in Italy.Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience managing multidisciplinary teams.Problem-solving skills; high ability to work under pressure.Fluent in Italian and English, both spoken and written.In Enfinity Global group you will find a very dynamic and multinational environment in one of the most exciting and impactful industries.
