CONSTRUCTION SERVICES SOURCING MANAGER

We are expanding globally with offices in Canada, Italy, Belgium, and Spain.Mission:As a Construction Services Sourcing Manager Consultant, you will develop, manage, and coordinate purchasing activities and processes for Civil, Electrical, and other construction services. Your role is crucial in sourcing and negotiating services for the setup of wind turbines and related projects.Your Tasks:Understand, issue, and negotiate Requests for Quotations (RFQs) for Civil and Electrical Construction Services (Balance of Plant Works) and other services, including commercial terms (price, payment terms, milestones, securities) and operational terms.Establish, evaluate, and select suppliers, and develop a qualified supplier base.Develop, implement, and manage effective purchasing strategies.Maintain procurement records, including quoted items or services, purchased goods, and associated costs.Negotiate, set up, and manage frame purchasing agreements with suppliers.Provide cost estimations for projects during the sales phase.Review bid proposals, negotiate contracts, and review Terms and Conditions to meet company and project targets.Develop framework agreements with key suppliers.Manage multiple quotes and orders simultaneously, prioritizing based on schedule demands.Perform a variety of tasks with flexibility and autonomy.Develop and implement active stakeholder management with colleagues from tender, sales, and construction departments.Implement and improve global standards, tools, and processes to facilitate daily business across different markets.Regularly report on achievements, risks, and challenges.Your Profile:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Civil and/or Electrical).Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement and/or supplier negotiations, preferably in the Civil or Renewable Energy sector.High proficiency in English (minimum C1) and international experience.Strong negotiation and communication skills.Experience in identifying and assessing commercial contractual risks, and developing strategies for risk prevention and control.Autonomous, flexible, and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.Willingness to travel occasionally within Spain or abroad.Positive attitude with intercultural understanding and experience working with diverse cultures.What Can You Expect?An engaging and international work environment.Opportunities to work on impactful projects and make significant contributions.The potential for professional growth and development within a global company.If this opportunity aligns with your career goals and you are excited to join our team, we look forward to hearing from you!If you consider your profile is a great match, please send your application to juan-ignacio.cornudella@meotec.com with the subject line "Construction Services Sourcing Manager" and include a brief explanation of your motivation for this role.
