Descripción de la oferta de empleo
Contribue à l'élaboration du Plan de Développement des Compétences Gère en mode projet le déploiement des formations (analyse des besoins, cahier des charges, relations avec les différents prestataires, élaboration du dispositif de formation, définition des indicateurs de suivi et communication) Participe aux différents projets transverses dont l'Entretien Professionnel, le programme de tutorat, actions de communication RH… Conseille et accompagne les collaborateurs sur leur Plan de Développement Environnement de travail Relations internes.
Equipe RH, managers et collaborateurs, équipes Business Excellence et Enterprise Learning Activités principales Déployer et piloter les formations dans le cadre du Plan de Développement des Compétences en coordination avec les différents prestataires Créer des dispositifs pédagogiques innovants en collaboration avec les équipes internes et les organismes extérieurs Orienter les collaborateurs et managers sur les dispositifs de formation et les accompagner dans le montage des dossiers Répondre aux demandes de formation/conseil des collaborateurs et managers, Contribuer à l'amélioration de la visibilité de la Formation et à l'optimisation des processus internes et externes Formation et expérience professionnelle Master 2 en Ressources Humaines minimum 3 ans d'expérience hors alternance Compétences Sens du service et de la relation client Capacité à travailler en mode projet Créativité Connaissance des outils bureautiques EXCEL (TCD, Recherche V) et Powerpoint Anglais communication écrite et orale professionnelle (environnement international) Esprit de synthèse Sens de la communication Organisé(e) Orientation résultats Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Equal Employment Opportunity at ADP.
