YOUR ROLE Play a key role in the development of a LEAN culture Lead continuous improvement in the areas of productivity, quality, operation and cost using LEAN methodologies and tools Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate employees on lean principles and continuous improvement techniques Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor progress and measure the impact of improvement initiatives.
Optimize production line setup, document standards for all operational and set up requirements for the optimal line performance Define together with the HPS (Henkel Production System) manager the master plan of the plant Provide reports and updates on the Lean activities to the Site Management team Work together with the digital engineer to identify transformation digital opportunities Report to HPS manager YOUR SKILLS A Bachelor`s degree in Engineering or in a related field At least 2-3 years engineering and/or operations (manufacturing, supply chain) experience Proven experience in leading continuous improvement projects.
Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to engage and lead a cross functional team Have a proven ability to learn rapidly Strong communication skill Strong change management skills that can persuade & lead with conviction Ability to mature, grow and develop within the company At Henkel, we come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
