Liderarás un equipo de 3 a 5 personas y serás el enlace directo con proveedores y clientes.
Tus responsabilidades Supervisión administrativa de las operaciones logísticas.
Gestión de pedidos y seguimiento de métricas (KPIs).
Elaboración de reportes detallados sobre la operativa del almacén.
Coordinación con clientes/proveedores internacionales y locales.
Liderazgo y supervisión de un equipo administrativo.
Promoción de los programas de la compañía en materia de Compliance y Confidencialidad de Datos.
Tus habilidades y experencias Formación académica relacionada con administración, logística o automoción.
Experiencia de 3-5 años en roles similares dentro del sector de automoción o logística.
Habilidades de liderazgo tanto con equipos como con clientes.
Inglés intermedio o avanzado.
Dominio avanzado de Excel (tablas dinámicas, análisis de datos).
Experiencia con sistemas como BlueYonder o Swiftlog (valorable).
